Lee visited, reviewed the job and provided a solution and a quote, detailing clearly the works. He was very easy to deal with when setting up the work - offered several options. He attended and completed the work, laying dust sheets all the way up the stairs. He fixed our problem. Left no mess at all, and we are happy. No hesitation in recommending. Thank you.

Glenn arrived on time, discovered the fault, purchased the part locally and completed the job all within 2 hours. Brilliant quick service and would not hesitate to recommend or use him again. 

I had previously been let down by another company in the Peterborough area who did not turn up for the appointment, and Electri Heat was originally to be my second choice. However, I see now that this was a mistake as they should have been my first choice. Electri Heat were fantastic in being able to conduct the work at short notice, and were able to keep the costs to a reasonable level given the work involved.

I will certainly be using their services again.

New waste outlet looks great and no longer needs an old fashioned plug. Work was completed in very good time, all mess was cleaned up and bath panel replaced after I was given the opportunity to see it was no longer leaking. Price was much less than I had been quoted from other well known company who also didn't appear as promised. Excellent job well done.

Can highly recommend and will be using them again. 

ElectriHeat were very busy but came at the time they had said (actually a little earlier), found the problem, went for the spare part, came back and fixed it. They are cheerful and sympathetic. Excellent people.

Glenn's work was of truly exceptional quality and value for money. He is thorough and methodical and meticulously tidy. He's very accommodating (working around problems of client's disability) and he was better than any workman we have previously encountered in keeping in touch about visits, estimates and work progress. Can't recommend him highly enough.
