We are extremely grateful to find Custom Choice Windows. We visited and talked to multiple companies to get quotes. From the very start the service we received from Custom Choice Windows was the best, including arranging appointments after work, to see the products and quality of the materials. Tariq was very attentive but always patient, kind, willing to help but never put us under any pressure. He understood our needs and budget. He is a  pleasure to work with, he always remembered to contact us and stayed in touched. Tariq not only helped us to find the best bifold doors but also helped us to find the builders and make everything possible. He was always on time, all work was done on schedule and with the best quality. The site was secured and left very clean each evening. Unfortunately, I had to be hospitalised during this project and Tariq was constantly keeping us updated and helped us to manage through. He sent me videos so I could see what was going on. This is more than I ever expected and I will be forever grateful for this. The bifold doors look amazing, they move so smoothly, if you have the option go for the schuco’s, you can see and feel the quality. All of our friends are impressed and commenting on how great the product and service was. Honestly highly recommended the best company in Peterborough, pleasure to work with, with great choices and range to pick up the best suited product. I would not change a tiny bit from start to finish. Thank you so much. 

Excellent all round. The job was priced very quickly & the fitting took place about 4 weeks later. The items seem to be of good & robust quality & the fitting was carried out extremely well. All persons I had contact with were very polite, knowledgable & thorough.

Great service from start to finish. Tariq came out to do a survey the same day as our initial enquiry. We visited the showroom which helped us confirm our choices for both our windows and new front door, we also had our soffits and fascias replaced.

We've just had the work completed and it's transformed the look of our house - really pleased with whole experience.

Brian the fitter was excellent and he carried out work without any mess, he cleaned up as he went and the quality of the replacements were first class. Being double glazed the hall is now much warmer.

I would reccommend this company to anybody who is think of having replacement doors or windows - you will not be dissapointed.

The work carried out was excellent - efficient, clean and tidy. We were very happy with this work. If we need anymore windows or doors this is the firm I would have to do them.

The staff were supa-efficient, very polite and incredibly clean. Arrived on time, worked very hard and completed on schedule. They were not cheap, but we got what we paid for and then some. Absolutely brilliant!

Very efficient and professional service throughout.  We were always kept informed  of time frames/delays etc.  Tony and Brian are two of the nicest tradesmen we have met.  Have used this company 3 times so far.

Reading previous reviews helped me make my decision about where to go for quotes and I'm so glad I used this company. Very approachable staff and no pushy sales techniques. Spoke on the phone, visited the showroom and had a home visit. Samples were also brought to my house so that I could look at colour options for my front door. They were surprisingly good value for such excellent customer service. The work was completed quickly but you could see they took great pride in their work.

Great company and Mike was reassuring, friendly and went through all of the detail of the windows and what the job entailed. We had larger companies in and they felt distant and did not want to talk much about the job, only about getting the sale done. Mike was very helpful and fitted us in very quickly. 

Brian did a terrific job fitting the windows. Great company who are always available to talk to if needed. 

The windows are looking great, thanks to Mike and Brian.  We are very pleased with the finish.
