We were very impressed with this company, from start to finish they were very professional and interested in providing us with information about the products they had on display in their showroom. Seeing the doors and windows on display rather than in catalogues was very helpful. Tony and Tariq were very courteous and helpful.

The fitting of the new doors and windows was carried out by Brian, and the many years of experience that he has meant it was done in a very efficient and smooth way.

We are very pleased with our new doors and windows and we have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Custom Choice windows have just finished installing new windows in our home. 

Their customer service, especially Tariq’s, was superb. The team were very professional, organised and reliable, arriving as scheduled every day. Tariq has been brilliant throughout the whole process, answering any questions we had when arranging the quote, liaising with our structural engineer to make sure the requirements for the metal plate were to their specifications. 

Brian did a lovely job of fitting all the windows, whilst Tony and Ethan did the work for fitting the metal plate and making the area good after installation of it. Well co-ordinated between the team and any faults noted with the windows were addressed immediately with replacements. 

Overall a superb job all round.

We had a specific issue and they went above and beyond and out of their way to ensure they could resolve it and they did. I honestly cannot fault them from start to finish.

Brian their head fitter was very impressive, he works like a master of his trade and he is highly skilled, he is friendly, helpful and works clean and efficient- lovely guy.

Our whole experience from the start to the finish was impeccable! Tony came to our home with all the necessary knowledge, equipment and patience as we chose our new front door, and not in any way pushy.  

The door was fitted by Brian and his workmanship couldn't be faulted, he was cheery and extremely professional and it was very obvious that cared about his work. 

The whole service overall was as perfect as it could be and more.

We are more than happy with the door, it couldn't be better and from that we would certainly recommend.

Custom Choice has been great from the start to the end of the works. Mike is a nice, relaxed chap and I didn't feel pressured at all.  He answered any queries I had. 

My new door was fitted within two hours! Brian arrived as scheduled and was polite,  tidy and efficient. 

The door looks amazing and I am very happy and my home is more secure.

Tony who came to quote was excellent and had lots of really helpful practical and style advice.  Our fitter, Brian, was utterly superb.  His work is of the highest standard.  To our amazement he managed to remove a set of patio doors singlehandedly and fit the new ones in a morning without any damage at all to plasterwork or paintwork in our lounge. 

Extremely happy with all aspects of the work carried out, which included planning, groundworks, construction, plastering and electricals.

All work was carried out to agreed timings and to a very high quality.

Tony and his team were friendly, polite and did an excellent job.
