Custom Choice are very professional, coming quickly and on time to give the quotation for my newly installed windows, communication was great - always contactable by phone or email.

I also booked with them to have the fascias and soffits done, which was completed after the windows. Due to reasons beyond their control i.e., the none stop deluge of rain, it was completed a week later than booked; in the same professional way the window team were.

Product and workmanship are second to none, and I am getting lovely comments from neighbours, friends and family about how impressed they are about how transformed the bungalow looks now.

My extension / conservatory was completed by Custom Choice Home Improvements in Peterborough. It has wooden flooring, L.E.D lighting, 4 double power points, windows all around and 2 sets of bi-folding doors.

A Family business - my contact Tony demonstrated professionalism throughout the build. His team have fitted all windows and doors and some flooring in my 3 bedroom bungalow, with no problems.

Tony pays attention to detail, and ensures that all work is done to a mutual satisfaction. All the work done is neat, accurate and of a sound quality.

What a pleasure to find this firm after using a national firm who let me down massively, it's nice to see that there are still some genuine people out there.  The appointment was made and Tony turned up at the time he said we went through my requirements and gave me a price - accepted quote.

The day of installation the fitter, Brian, turned up and is a genuine lovely chap who is very passionate about his craft. He fitted all by himself with no issues. The property was left as Brian found it with no mess - big positive.

Really, really, good.  Custom Choice Home Improvements were really professional.  The communication was first class and the work, which took over 4 weeks, was immaculate.  If I could get them to cook my dinner and organise my holidays, I would.

Tariq came to take measurements & swiftly emailed over an online graphic design plan, which looked exactly how we visualised it. Proceeded to accept and move to next stage of works being planned. 

The work itself was very organised and the workmen involved were super attentive and clean with carrying out their assigned jobs, from foundations being dug out to bricks being laid and windows being fitted. Team always arrived early and put in a full day's work, no messing around straight to business. 

Once all the works were completed I must say Mum was really happy, as I was with quality of work carried out at highest of standards.
