Exceptional work completed.

This was the largest renovation project we’d undertaken to date and I was naturally a little apprehensive. But from the moment Nigel stepped into our home any stress or concern I had was instantly alleviated. Extremely professional and personable, his expertise, recommendations and advice from the very first meeting just installed the trust that we were in very good hands.

Nigel managed the whole project from kitchen installation to construction, to electrics, to plumbing and it couldn’t have gone smoother. His communication surpasses any tradesman I’ve ever dealt with, we were kept informed of the timeline throughout and I never once felt worried or in the dark. Ultimately, I just felt that Nigel and Connor cared about keeping our lives as normal as possible throughout, never leaving us without anything for long, e.g., ensuring we were only without a washing machine for one day. Even going the extra mile to let us borrow his heater when a radiator was temporarily removed. An absolute dream to work with and the end result is stunning. Absolutely chuffed to bits with it. And all completed within 3.5 weeks!

I can’t see myself using anyone else for future renovations, my first call will always be to Crescent Carpentry & Building Ltd.

Nigel previously fitted built in wardrobes for us this year, so we knew the quality of his work. Prior to Covid we were planning a complete new kitchen, however this morphed into a kitchen refurb once the restrictions were lifted. Nigel and Connor did a fantastic job and we are extremely pleased with the final makeover. He is always extremely accommodating and worked with us to meet my vision of the final look I wanted to achieve.

Always a pleasure to have Nigel and Connor in the house. Next project the bathroom! 

We gave Nigel an idea of what we wanted and from there we were in safe hands. He managed the project from start to finish, including advising on fittings and equipment; ordering and collecting everything we needed; booking and coordinating with other tradesmen, and clearing up and taking away any rubbish at the end of each day.

The kitchen was fitted by Nigel and Connor. We were kept informed at every stage. They arrived promptly and were friendly, polite and cheerful. We especially appreciated their perfectionist approach and pride in their work.

We have no hesitation in recommending Crescent. In fact, we have already booked them for another building project.

When Nigel came to measure up and discuss details of what we needed, he gave advice and took on board our requirements and today came with his son and built the cupboard as we discussed.
