Summary:
Nigel supplied & fitted 5 internal doors including all door furniture, removing old doors and taking them away.
Comments:
Nigel was extremely helpful with my choice of doors etc. I would recommend Nigel to anyone who required an excellent carpenter who has the customers best interest in mind. I am delighted with the doors especially with the door to the kitchen as this was not strightforward, however Nigel did a superb job. Thank you Nigel.

Summary:
Removal of a cupboard between two rooms. Reboarding and plastering wall. Adding new skirting.
New air vent put into loft.
Comments:
Nigel was extremely helpful with a moisture problem in our roof space. He replaced the wall between two rooms to a very high standard and the plasterer who worked with him finished the job giving an exceptional quality of workmanship.
Nigel is really pleasant to deal with. Excellent value for money, prompt service and very high quality work. We will definitely use him again.

Summary:
Renovation/replacement of porch and canopy to front entrance
Comments:
Nigel responded to our initial enquiry immediately and came out to quote for the job the following week. He was very friendly and explained what needed doing. We then arranged a date for him to do the job and he arrived punctually and completed the work to a very high standard that same day.He also recommended someone to come out to do some painting and even phoned them while he was here to ask them to come and quote for the job! We are extremely happy with both the work carried out and the fact that Nigel is very reliable, helpful and friendly. We have had so much trouble over the years trying to find tradespeople who will actually come and carry out work on the building and it is a refreshing change to find someone who does what they promise they will do! We will definitely recommend him to other people, and we have already arranged for him to come back to do some other work for us.

Not only is Nigel an excellent carpenter he is quite possibly one of the nicest tradesmen I have ever met. His work is exemplary - first class. He was always punctual, extremely tidy, quality of workmanship first class and all value for money. He always told me what he was doing and checked it was what I wanted. He worked tirelessly - never idling or wasting time. He is rightly proud of his work and proud to show me at each stage of the progress through to completion. He is polite, friendly, very skilled and a good honest tradesmen. There's not that many like Nigel around. Book him quickly - he's just going to get busier and busier. I would have no hesitation in recommending him or engaging him again. Thank you Nigel.

Summary:
Internal construction work, including knocking down walls, plastering, etc. Replacement of wooden double glazed windows / doors, inc french doors. Replacement and repositioning of radiator. Full fitting of kitchen including all appliances, plumbing and electrics.

Nigel is one of the most reliable and dedicated trades people we have ever used. He produced the most amazing brand new kitchen/diner for us without any stress or difficulty. He is an experienced, very thorough, hard working, respectful and talented Project Manager and Carpenter. He is also a really lovely man, great with children, dogs and indecisive clients! Nothing is too much trouble for him and we will definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends.

Fitting a loft ladder and new loft hatch.
Comments:
Nigel came to look at the job and informed us straight away that the ladder we had purchased would not fit in our loft space. We were able to exchange the ladder for a more suitable one which Nigel soon fitted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nigel to family or friends.
