We have only good things to say about Craig and his team. The work they all did was excellent, always punctual, they were very tidy and professional at all times. Craig gave us a schedule of the work to be done so we knew what work was going to be carried out and when. The other thing we liked was that we paid Craig in installments as the work was carried out. The end result is a new kitchen extension that is far better than we could have dreamed of.

Craig is a confident and skillful tradesman. He is keen to find solutions and meet the customers wishes. He heads a hard working team and undertook this project to our complete satisfaction.  He offers sound advice and left us with a quality modern patio. Craig and his team carried out all the work to a very high standard. Dealing with Craig, from first meeting to getting a quote, to finishing the work, was extremely easy; with emails from Craig confirming details throughout the life time of the job. The work was all completed on time even though the end of the job was fiddly, with waiting for the concrete base to harden before water proof paint could be applied, and then waiting for this to dry before replacing the hot tub - all this with the rain trying to ruin the plan. I will use CDL again in the future.

Wonderful. I can now open up my doors and the house flows into the garden. The team arrived at 8.00 and by 2.00, the job was complete. There was no rubbish, everything was tidied and hoovered. I am very happy with the works.

Craig organised the electrical work, brickwork and joinery superbly and the whole job was finished to a high standard.  Very pleased to meet Craig, John, Alan and George and would employ them again anytime.

The work was completed on time and to budget. Craig took pride in showing me the quality of his work each step of the way and that of the eight specialists he assembled to complete the tasks in which they specialise in e.g., digger operation, carpentry, tiling, double glazing, plastering, electrics, etc. No cash was asked for up front apart from the cost of the double glazing units from suppliers.

The drive was left clear and clean at the end of each working day. The entire team were hard-working, courteous, conscientious, anxious to please - we couldn't have asked for a better service and are more than happy - the result is fabulous and the new porch matches the brick work and tiles of our home perfectly. 

I have used Safe Local Trades to satisfactorily source tradesmen many times now - it is a magnificient service.
