We wanted to create a bedroom downstairs as my legs are no longer working as well as they did. We got some quotes from several builders, however, on first meeting Craig I was very impressed with him and how he explained everything. I knew then he was the man for the job.

Now that the extension is completed, we are over the moon with the results. Craig and his team did an absolutely fantastic job and we cannot fault them.

We would highly recommend CDL Builders without any hesitation.

Craig is meticulous down to the last detail, he gives you a precise detailed summary of the build from day to day.

I received a daily briefing as to what going to happen that day, Craig and his team started at 7am and worked through solid till 2pm every day.

Once you have contracted Craig, your build is the only one he will do during the time scale alotted. None of this starting the build and then disapearing for a week or so.

CDL builders aren't the cheapest by any means but he isn't the most expensive either. You get what you pay for and never fear it will be money well spent.

I shall be using CDL builders again, I don't think I could go elsewhere now. 10/10

Craig and John and all of his team were extremely reliable, polite and considerate to our needs.

Their work is of the highest standard possible; Craig had the forethought to plan in all future mobility needs.

Craig said from the start he would turn up on day 1 and come everyday until the work was completed to our satisfaction day 63.

He gave us a full written itinerary and payment plan, we knew exactly from week to week what they were doing and the times they would arrive including deliveries of materials.

They all showed great respect for our property, cleaning up daily leaving it safe for our dog and young grandchildren.

We cannot fault any of the work Craig and his team have done for us.

All his work is of the best quality and I have no problem recommending him and his team as I already have done to other work colleagues.

As I am partially disabled we asked Craig if he could build a slope/ramp (replacing some steps from a patio) which would enable me to access the main part of our rear garden. Craig provided us with a quotation, which was acceptable, and he and John carried out the initial work a few weeks ago by building a concrete slope/ramp (which is suitable for a wheelchair if needed) and it was left to 'dry out'.  

Today they returned to finish the work by installing metal handrails. We are very pleased with the work and the finished result.  

We would certainly not hesitate to recommend Craig and John to anyone who requires building work.

Craig and his team are unquestionably professional, friendly, highly skilled and above all, reliable and punctual. They deliver an excellent standard of work and customer service.  Craig himself is a superb project manager who strives to deliver on time, even when asked to add extras to the scope of the work. They undoubtedly go the extra mile and have produced high quality with no worry.

Craig explained what work was to be done, gave us a full quote of all aspect of what was to be done and how long it would take to do. He kept us updated to when he would start the work and delivered the work well within his timescale. There was excellent communication from him. The work done looks fantastic. I understand why he is so busy. He is very approachable and professional. I did not see him nor John have many breaks. Hard workers.

All work was done to the highest standard and a full itinerary and payment plan was given to us before commencement of the work to allow us to budget, plan our days and make our neighbours aware of any likely disruptions.  Craig and his team went above and beyond to make the experience as stress free as possible. They were always prompt, extremely reliable and nothing was too much trouble. Craig has very high standards and his team of tradesmen echo his work ethos.
