Bob arrived very promptly, explained everything clearly and gave a very competitive quote, and the day/time it would be done. This was an urgent job.

Bob had carried out some work for my sister, who lives two doors away from me. She was delighted with his services and therefore when I found that I could no longer open one of my internal doors, I called Bob and he arrived straight away.

The doors are probably about 40 years old and two of them hadn't been closing properly for a few years. I honestly thought that I would need to get them replaced.

Bob explained that these doors are no longer 'standard' (would have to be bespoke) and there was no need to replace them and go to any unnessary expense. He put new handles and locks on both and realigned them and they are now good for another few years!

Bob is a very nice, kind and pleasant man. Once he arrived, he got on with the job of repairing the hole so that it is now all sealed. 

When we had the downpour recently, rain had got inside this hole and had tripped my electrics. Whilst Bob was carrying out the fascia repair, he took a photo to show me that my flat roof had a leak and that is probably where the rain got in. He took the measurements and was able to get in touch with someone who will come and do that job for me.

I am extremely pleased with the work and service provided by Bob and will be having him back later in the year to replace some internal doors for me.
