Bob arrived on time and completed an excellent job. Left everything clean and tidy. Very pleasant person and I would highly recommend him.

All work completed and you would not know that anything had been done to that section of the floor, he has put it back down so well.  Excellent workmanship, reliable, communicative, reasonably priced, you really can trust him with your precious wood floor that cost thousands.

Bob was recommended to me as I had a number of remedial works required on my rental property following a Fire door inspection. As I do not live locally, all communication was via email.

Bob carried out an initial inspection and listed all the works required along with an estimate. Bob kept me regulary updated with progress which included having to look at an alternative door closure as there was not enough clearence to fit a standard one. An altenative was successfully sourced and installed. Upon completion, Bob supplied photos and a video as evidence of the work undertaken.  

I have been very impressed with the service I received and would recommend Bob to anyone. A well deserved 10/10.

Efficient and capable.

I called Safe Local Trades this afternoon as I needed a broken side gate removed as it was no longer needed. As it was hanging off the hinges, when it is windy it would move around and bang against the wall. 

Bob Manku was recommended to me so I gave him a call. He was in the area and attended very quickly and had the gate removed in no time and he refused to charge me.

He is such a lovely friendly man, very kind and considerate. 

My husband was excellent at DIY but, since his death, I was anxious to try and find someone trustworthy to do jobs for me - I am so grateful that I have now found Bob and have also found Safe Local Trades. I feel as though my prayers have been answered.
