Summary:
Fixed a large vertical mortar line crack between the house and garage. All of the cracked vertical mortar was cut out along with a number of horizontal mortar lines. The horizontal cuts were then tied-in with metal ties and resin, before mortar applied. The vertical cut was then filled with construction sealant to allow for future movement. A number of cables and one downpipe had to be temporarily moved to allow room for the mortar cuts.
Comments:
Bob is a nice guy, very friendly and explains clearly what is needed before quoting. The work is of a high standard and carried out with a minimum of fuss. I will definitely be using his services again.

Summary:
Bob lifted the engineered wood floor and skirting for access to a waste inspection chamber, also advising and helping to get it open. When the other drainage work was completed, Bob returned to inspect that the waste inspection chamber lid had been closed correctly, which it wasn't, so he redid the job properly, then replaced the floor and skirting. He also saw a superficial crack in the corner and caulked it for us.
Comments:
Bobs work is awesome, his attention to detail is stunning, you would not know any of the work had even taken place. He is hugely respectful of your home and works cleanly, efficiently & reliably.
I would recommend Bob all day long.

Summary:
Crafted a custom wooden frame for the front of my organ.
Comments:
My 10-month-old cat had taken a liking to sleeping inside the organ, which made it impossible for me to play. To resolve this, I needed a solution that would block her access while preserving the organ's appearance and sound.
Bob came over with wooden strips and crafted a beautiful slatted frame that effectively prevents my cat from getting in. He is a genuinely lovely man, and we enjoyed a pleasant conversation during his visit.
I now have his number and he will be my first port of call for any future jobs.
