The price for the job was competitive, they communicated everything to us clearly, and most importantly, they turned up when they said they would. Rare these days!

Anglian Pest Control handles all our pest management needs, including rodent baiting for rats and mice, pigeon spiking and netting, and regular insect treatments in the boiler rooms. 

Our annual contract also includes quarterly bed bug inspections which help us to manage this, as guests can unknowingly bring them in on their clothing or luggage, a common issue in hotels.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we faced closures and had to call them in for other issues such as carpet moths - they consistently respond within 24 hours, often arriving by the afternoon if contacted early in the day.

Initially, I inherited a contract with a national pest control firm, but their lack of local technicians and unsatisfactory service prompted me to seek alternatives. After a recommendation from a former contact who moved to another pest control company, I switched to them, only to find their service even less reliable. Seeking a local solution, I reached out to Robert Snr, who impressed me with his extensive knowledge and experience, having spent over 30 years in the industry, including a role as the main pest controller for Peterborough City Council.

Since using Anglian Pest Control, I now receive an exceptional service that I cannot fault. I have always found the team to be punctual, reliable, very polite and professional, and I always recommend them.

Anglian Pest Control have been managing the rodent control at our facilities for about ten years. They arrive on schedule, check all the traps, and always leave the area clean and organised. We have consistently been satisfied with their service, they keep us informed about their activities, ensuring excellent communication throughout the process. Their pricing is fixed, which adds to the convenience. 

The team is not only professional but also friendly and there is always some light-hearted banter, which makes it so easy to work with them. Amanda is particularly efficient in her role, especially when dealing with all the paperwork, ensuring we receive everything promptly.

I have been a customer of Anglian Pest Control for about 17 years. They conduct monthly inspections to ensure there are no signs of rats or mice or any other types of pest. If we ever encounter an infestation, a quick call to Amanda always results in prompt action.
