I have been a customer of Anglian Pest Control for about 17 years. They conduct monthly inspections to ensure there are no signs of rats or mice or any other types of pest. If we ever encounter an infestation, a quick call to Amanda always results in prompt action. 

I've interacted with all the staff and they are all always so efficient, give great advice, excellent communication, and it is a pleasure to work with this family-run business.

Overall, Anglian Pest Control provide an extremley professional service and everyone is friendly and approachable. I deal with a lot of different types of companies and they are by far the best.

Anglian Pest Control acted very swiftly when I called them about a large wasp nest in my garden. They attended my property within a couple of hours and removed the wasp nest from the tree. They were so easy to deal with, great communication from start to finish and I was extremely happy with their service. They made sure I was safe and inside my house with the doors and windows shut whilst they removed the wasp nest. I could see them removing the nest and they also wore the relevant safety clothing. They were so helpful.  I would definitely use them in the future if I required their assistance. Their customer service was first class!
