Chris arrived to do the job within the same working day as I had contacted him which was excellent service. He even put on overshoes so as not to bring dirt into the house on a very wet day.

Problem with aerial - Chris carried out the work to fix it. 

Chris responded to my email promptly and came to see me within 24 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the work was successfully completed within an hour.

Chris found the problem with our old aerial very quickly and showed me the problem with the coax cable and the old aerial. It was obvious it would be better to install a new one. Chris carried out this installation very quickly and safely.
