Woodcraft Tree Services Ltd are an extremely talented team of tree surgeons. From quote to payment, every single aspect of the job was faultless.

Adherence to Health and Safety could not have been more strict, and I found this very pleasing.

Advice was given about the best time to carry out the job to minimise stress to the trees. This was imperative because the whole aspect of the job was to reduce the trees for safety reasons, but to still keep them in place in the garden.

All members of the team were clearly very knowledgeable, polite, and extremely driven in their chosen field.

The work was carried out with great attention to detail and with great care taken to prevent any damage to our numerous sheds, shrubs and plants. 

It was a joy for me to spend the day around a team of polite, talented and proficient tradesmen.

The job was completed in very good time, with the whole site being tidied and cleared to a very high standard.

Probably most importantly to anyone reading this review, the price for the work carried out was extremely competitive. In fact I don't think it would be possible to have work carried out to this high standard for less.

Brett and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about trees. They kindly left us cut branches and logs for family members who are into whittling and wood turning.

They took safety into account and left our front garden clean and tidy.

Brett, Iain and Dom did a first class job, and were very professional. They clearly know their trees! From start to finish the whole process was smooth and efficient, with all the necessary paperwork and liaison with the Council taken care of. The site was left impeccably tidy and working close to a fairly busy road they had all the necessary safety measures in place to ensure no mishaps with traffic. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Brett and his team are a pleasure to work with.  They are very clean and tidy and left my garden immaculate.  Brett is very knowledgeable about the trees in my garden has made good recommendations for future planting.

All in all a very good company to work with, from initial contact to actual work, communications were excellent and prompt.  Actual work carried out was quick, well planned & managed and left very little mess.  Very polite and friendly workers.

Brett and his team had previously done some stump grinding and did an excellent job, so we used his services again when we needed more work to be done. They did an excellent job removing and stump grinding both the trees and hedge; they were professional, punctual and very tidy.

We have used Brett and his team at Woodcraft Tree Services several times. He has pruned and felled trees, cut hedges, removed a leylandii hedge which needed stump grinding before being replanted with a different variety. We were very pleased with all his work.

Brett is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and will give advice and suggestions if requested. He observes health and safety rules and is a very tidy worker, carefully clearing away afterwards.
