Absolutely first class job!  I can't rate Brett and his team highly enough (Ian, Ross and Grace).  A lot of work involved and all done in one day.  All rubbish and debris cleared and taken away. Safety of everyone and not only mine but neighbouring properties always expertly maintained.

They did a fantastic job and and are not only very professional but also very friendly. They are also very very competitive in pricing when compared to others who provided me with quotes. Also it has to be said that Brett and his team are tree surgeons and not general garden landscapers and this was evident in how they carried out the job.  

I really cannot praise them enough for the job they did and have already recommended them to a couple of friends who want some tree work doing.

Brett and the team arrived on time, before any works commenced Brett talked me through the process of what would be involved in the day. The works commenced and I have never seen such expertise / team work starting with Alex (the climbing guy!) down to the guys on the ground. The whole tree was felled sectionally to remove the risk of damage to the greenhouse & lawn. 

The site was left all tidy and more importantly no damage caused. I would thoroughly recommend Woodcraft, so much so they are coming back in the next couple of weeks to do further works.

We were impressed from our first meeting with Brett, when his passion for and knowledge of trees was obvious. He spent considerable time with us, advising on the work required. We received a quote in a timely manner which we considered good value for money.

Three days work were planned and the team arrived as scheduled each day. They communicated with us whilst carrying out the work when decisions were required.

We are very happy with the quality of the work, consideration shown for the neighbours and the tidiness of the site on leaving. We also received follow up regarding care of the replacement tree.

From initial contact to final invoice, Brett was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. In fact the whole team were! Prices were very reasonable.

From first meeting Brett, he gave us so much information and advice and was clearly passionate about his choosen career. So much so we didn't even obtain other quotes.

Before the work was completed, Brett Redshaw was prompt in answering my emailed enquiry, providing a quotation and keeping me infomed. The work was completed as scheduled to a very high standard. Brett and his two colleagues were courteous, good humoured and professional throughout.

We were extremely pleased with the way that Brett and his team carried out the project. The work was well planned from quotation through to completion. The team demonstrated a very high regard for Health and Safety at every stage of the work. A large amount effort was put in by the team to ensure the garden was left clean an tidy after completion of the work.
