During my visit to the showroom, I met Hassam, who not only guided me through the product options but also handled the installation himself. I was thoroughly impressed by their work ethic and the meticulous cleanup afterward. 

Hassam's cheerful demeanor, professionalism, and extensive knowledge of the products and installation process contributed to my satisfaction with the quality of their work. They made a concerted effort to ensure my happiness with every detail, resulting in an overall positive experience.

I initially received several quotations for the flooring work before discovering TEKA Flooring, which prompted me to get in touch with them and I am so glad that I did. Their extensive product knowledge and understanding of the job requirements immediately instilled confidence in me, and greatly assisted with my decision-making process.

Following a site visit, they identified areas that needed levelling before the LVT installation and this was scheduled into the project. 

On the scheduled start day for laying the LVT and carpet, I unfortunately had to delay their arrival by a day, but they handled the situation exceptionally well. They adjusted their schedule to accommodate me, working late over the next two days to compensate for the lost time without charging extra.

My three main contacts were Kenan (who oversaw and managed the project), Hassam and Adrian; their customer service was second to none. Hassam, the main fitter, and his two team members executed the work efficiently. They maintained a tidy workspace, cleaning up the typical debris associated with new carpet installation and neatly organising the offcuts as I requested.

Overall, TEKA Flooring provided great value for money, were trustworthy, very professional and honest throughout the process, along with impressive product knowledge.

I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

He took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between the various products, outlining both their advantages and disadvantages in a way that was easy to understand.

On the day of installation, they arrived on time and carried out the work in a very competent manner and ensured the work area was left clean and organised after the job was completed.

I can confidently say that I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of their work, and products, and feel that I received excellent value for money.
