Steve does the lot, together with his son Aaron, and his brother Sean Rutterford (Electrican, also recommended). Our project is now in its 9th month and we were prepared for a long period of disruption. Steve talked through every aspect of the job from the onset and continues to keep us up to date with progress. Although we are always stating "Steve, we have a problem" he always replies with "No, we have an opportunity". The project would have been finished sometime back but due to his work and professionalism we have been adding "extras" to our home, so now we are having a driveway, front wall and path to front and rear.

Steve, Sean and Aaron are highly recommended.

He was kind enough to give us advice at short notice when we were desperate to get our other work completed which we couldn't have done without his knowledge.

He would be the first person that would go to in the future.

Steve was friendly and helpful and did a sterling job.  He supports our community by supplying and delivering surplus wood to our community wood store.

Very heavy masonry BBQ, previous purchasers of the product advised that it would take up to four men to put together because of the weight of the parts.

Steve, together with his son, Aaron, saw this as a challenge and did an excellent job from start to finish. If I had needed to pay labour costs for four men it would have made the cost out of reach.

I have no hesitation in recommending them and can endorse other comments from satisfied customers that have used Steve, hire them today, you will not be disappointed.

I will definitely contact Steve as a first call if I need any other jobs undertaken.

We had already tried a couple of other local builders to take on this job, but to no avail, however we were so grateful when Steve said that he could sort it out for us. I can highly recommend Steve and his son Aaron, they both did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail was great & even cleaned up after themselves every day. Definitely won't hesitate to use them again.

Extremely professional work to a great standard. Steve and his son converted my garage into a utility/toilet and a dining room. From the moment he came round to have an initial look, he was punctual and very knowledgeable. Steve accommodated every minor detail that I was looking for and finished the conversion to a very professional standard.

Steve and Aaron replaced our roof. New tiles, underfelt, timber batons and cement work. Their top quality workmanship meant a job completed to a very high standard. Always thorough, considerate, friendly and obliging...what more can you want ?! This is the second time I've used Steve and Aaron to complete work on our house and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to others.
