Reviews of Sparkletastic Cleaners

The cleaners we were allocated were unreliable and we were very often contacted at the last minute by Claire to be told our cleaner wasn't coming (our clean wasn't first thing in the morning).  There was minimal effort to find cover and when Claire did provide cover it felt there was an expectation that we would move our work schedules to accommodate different times and brief different cleaners.  Whilst I appreciate things happen at the last minute this was too frequent.

The quality of the clean would depend on who you were given on occasion things were missed and some of the products used were not the best again it depends on who you have.  We also experienced chipped skirting boards and a chip in our fireplace during the time they cleaned for us in additon to being informed of 2 price increases in 9 months.

There are some positive reviews on here and I am sure our experience would have been different if we had been given a consistent reliable cleaner.

Absolutely enjoy Helene's work, I never have to worry that things won't get cleaned. She often goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done correctly. She is also flexible about changing days if something last minute comes up.

Claire and Emma always carry out a top quality clean of my home. The house always smells very clean. They are dependable and reliable and they have never let me down. They take their business seriously and communicate with you to check that you are happy with every clean. 

They are very friendly and easy to talk to. I was so impressed after my first clean that I  recommended them to a few of my friends.
