Quick,efficient,very polite, a good job well done.  I sent an e-mail to Ridgeway, got a phone call back and they came out the very next day. He phoned me to say he was within an hour away- and arrived in an hour.  Replaced the broken spring and our garage is all working now. He was extremely polite and i'm very pleased. Would recommend Ridgeway. Good job.

Contacted yesterday about electric garage door where the winding mechanism had broken away from the door. Came out today to assess and arranged to repair. Repair is completed less than 24 hours from first contact. Fully working and serviced door now. Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient for a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Two young men came out who were very polite and did the job in less than no time, and I was only charged a reasonable rate.  I would definitely recommend Ridgeway.

As we could not close our garage door we needed the work done quickly. Tracey arranged this to our satifaction, we could not ask for a better service will certainly recommend this firm.

The response from Ridgeway on my original contact for a quotation was quick and efficient.  The quotation was duly received, accepted and an early date set for the installation of a new garage door.  0n the day of installation the young men carrying out the work arrived promptly, were polite and carried out the work efficiently and well.  Tracey (back at headquarers) dealt with the administrative side with a friendly and helpful manner and the whole situation created minimal disruption for me.  I would happily recommend them.

Work was done by two of his fitters to a high standard, however they did not clear up completely afterwards. Punctuality was good once the job was booked in, but could improve on the communication after work was requested. Do not respond too well to messages and emails. On the whole I would not hesitate to recommend though, as the work is done well and is very good value. 

My garage door cables broke at 09:30 today. I contacted Ridgeway who came within an hour and the cables were repaired immediately. The service could not have been quicker or easier.

The door is now working properly and I have peace of mind.  It was a pleasure to deal with this company.

Phoned and spoke to Tracey at Ridgeway about the problem on Thursday morning. Booked an appointment for following day around mid to late morning. When my wife came home for lunch that day job had been done. Tracey phoned me later to check everything was ok. Overall, first class service. On that experience, I would recomend Ridgeway to anyone.
