Excellent service, competent engineer, friendly and trustworthy. Would certainly recommend this company without hesitation.

We phoned with the problem with our garage door and were told that the engineer will be with us in 30 minutes. They arrived 20 minutes later, looked at the problem and told us what was wrong. We asked them to go ahead and it took 40 minutes to repair and make safe.

They were polite and resectful to us and also clean and tidy.

The door is now working better than it has for years. Well done Ridgeway.

Mark came the next day following our initial discussion and had the issue resolved within 30 minutes.

He explained the steps he was taking to reset the signal and explained what to do if there was a similar problem with program memory.

Had a garage door installed by Ridgeway just over a year ago. Something had shifted so the door would not lock properly. Rang them on Sunday. The next day two fitters arrived on time, fixed the fault, and said that although the door was just out of warranty they would be no charge for their time.

They did an excellent job on both occasions and even came back promptly the day after fitting the lock to slightly shorten the wire as it was catching on my car aerial.   I was very relieved to have the job done very promptly and efficiently and would recommend Mark and his team certainly.  

Ridgeway Garage Doors sorted my garage door problem within 24 hours of my contacting them. The fault was quickly diagnosed, sorted and garage door gear also checked and oiled. Very happy with this prompt and effective service.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the installers were very pleasant and hardworking. They even offered to dispose of some unwanted items for us, (as well of course as this included the existing door). They tidied up well, and we couldn't have asked for a better job to be done. We were very pleased with the firm and would recommend then wholeheartedly.

From the initial quote I was given all the information needed to make a decision, timescales were met and regular updates given. Michael and Matt arrived promptly at the time given, explained what they would be doing, fitted the door and as the door had been stood and was dusty they actually cleaned it as well as tidying and cleaning all mess away. Excellent job completed by first class workmen, after an initial visit they suggested a very reasonably priced solution to the problem.
