This is the second time we have used Dave, he replaced five units for us. Dave is a wonderful guy to get on with and really knows what he,s talking about, will keep his number on our good tradesmen list, did a brill job.

Dave was very knowledgeable, punctual & cleaned up after the work was done. He explained what he had done and how it would effect the performance of the windows - and made me feel like I had definitely called the right person!

Dave came out yesterday to look at the doors, came back on Saturday and replaced seals in both front and back doors. Excellent work, plus a very good price. Would use him again.

Dave is a friendly and professional tradesman who was very helpful in sourcing the new front door we wanted. He also did his utmost to source all the other items that we wanted for the best price.

From past experience, I have a natural fear of double glazing salesmen so when it came to contacting them, very high standards needed to be met. I initially emailed Dave and I was delighted that he responded so quickly and we arranged a mutually convenient time for him to come and look at the job. I liked him straight away; he was very informative, no pushy sales and he came across as someone with a great deal of honesty and integrity.

He listened to what I wanted, which was to initially replace one of the back windows, and we discussed the various options. He gave me a quote which I felt was very competitive. I then decided to have another window replaced at the same time.

Dave and his colleague turned up when he said they would and, in a clean and tidy manner, they removed the window frames with the minimum of fuss, replaced them with the new ones - a very efficient and professional job. I was amazed how they carried it out as I thought it would be extremely messy as the frames were very heavy; it was obvious that they are very competent at their trade.

I am a hard customer to please but with the rigmarole that I have been through in the past with tradesmen, Dave was a breath of fresh air. His wife Jackie was also great in terms of the customer service and administration side.

Great communication, punctual, conscientious, no pushy sales, great ideas and knowledge of products - I personally feel that Dave will add great value as a member of Safe Local Trades.

We are now in discussions regarding more windows and a new front door and Dave will be coming back in November to carry out further work.

I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Dave was very helpful and resourceful; we had some very specific requirements for the products we wanted, which other suppliers were unable to get, but Dave has very good contacts in the industry and was able to get the exact ones we requested.

He is an extremely hard worker and even carried on the job over a weekend in order to get it finished.

A true professional, very friendly and he would go out of his way to do anything for you.
