Dave provided a fantastic service promptly - from coming to look at the job to quoting and carrying out the work. Arrived on time, very friendly, tidy and great value for money. He carried out all three small jobs at the same time to a great standard.

Dave was punctual and professional and carried out the repairs to a high standard. Both faulty windows now open as normal.

Dave came quickly to assess the problem when first contacted. He then referred to his catalogues to identify the parts needed and came back to check some measurements. He ordered the parts and came to fit them. He was prompt on each visit. He had a friendly manner but clearly knew the subject. He worked quickly and tidied up after himself.

Following his work the door is tighter and quieter to lock than it has ever been. He even advised on where to purchase a low threshold door that we will need soon.

Dave came straight away. He said we had good glazing, it was  coated glass and we would be wasting our money for minimal gain. He checked our front and bifold door and  made a few adjustments.

He is replacing one unit as another firm replaced it with ordinary glass.

Honest, straightforward advice, how rare is that? He has saved us a great deal of money. No wonder his reviews are so good.
