Paul did an excellent job. Everything was carried out exactly as we wanted it to be - he even managed to fix an additional problem found with our immersion heater on the same day in addition to the agreed work.  His price was very good and only the cost of the parts was added for additional work.

As an additional point, my wife was at home with our 9 month old baby all day with Paul and she felt totally comfortable with him around.

Should I need a plumber again, Paul will be the man I will call first.

Paul was excellent. He was left to decide on all the fittings, tiles etc. as I wasn't living in the property at the time he was working.

Even though this was a very small job for Paul and something that others might not want to be bothered with he responded within 24 hours of my enquiry and sorted the problem. 

Paul has a very pleasant manner and the work was completed quickly and he cleaned up when he had finished. His fee was very reasonable and we will certainly be back in touch with him for our next plumbing job.

Always on time, quoted for the job beforehand and this was the price paid. Very tidy and cleaned up any mess. The shower is now excellent and I am very pleased with the work and final result.

Paul had one heck of a job as the old taps had been on for so long and they were extremely tight to remove. He had to go to Fengate to get some parts but all was successful in the end and we now have a lovely new working double tap.

I was extremely pleased with the services provided by Paul - he is a very pleasant person, very tidy and efficient and genuinely deserves all the 10/10 scores given.

In terms of his value for money, I offered him more than he was asking for as I didn't feel it was enough, but he wouldn't take it! Honest and trustworthy with a lot of integrity.

I would definitely recommend him to others and will certainly use him again when I need a plumber.
