This is the second time I have used Paul's services. Again, he has done a nice job. He takes on board what you say, is polite, charges reasonably - and does exactly as he says.

Despite this seeming straightforward, it was an awkward job. Paul came out, assessed the works, went to get the parts - and the job was finished soon after.

I know who to contact if I need further assistance.

Paul did an excellent job and I am extremely pleased with the result. All the work was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of fuss; nothing was too much trouble.

On hearing raindrops in the kitchen after empying the bath, I discovered the bath water had soaked the floorboards and was starting to make its way through the kitchen ceiling yesterday evening.

I called Paul at 9.30 today and by 12.00 - the issue is completely fixed. Both Paul and Ryan were very knowledgeable, assessing the issue quickly and then going out to collect the required parts and installing them immediately on their return.  They filled me with absolute confidence and were professional, personable and fully tested the system to assure no further leakage.

It is so reassuring to know the problem is fixed and if I need a plumber again - I will be calling Paul & Ryan and recommending them to my friends.

Paul and Terry are two very nice guys helpful easy to talk to and seem to work well together - nothing was to much for them, I would most certainly use them again

Gave some very good advice while the job was still at the 'planning stage' about the job as a whole and the items to consider ordering. Was very good at checking what we wanted at every decision stage of the job.  One small water leak from a new pipe fitting was very quickly rectified.
