We needed to upgrade our old electric shower as it had past it's "sell by date"! Paul responded to my enquiry on Safe Local Trades within 10 minutes!!!
Arranged to come and quote and gave lots of valuable advice, recommending this type of shower with our Combi Boiler.
After getting a couple of other quotes - as I always do, we decided to have the work done by Paul Smith as he offered good value for money and sound advice.
Best decicion I made. He kept in touch before the arranged date, arrived on time, fully prepared and did the job to our satisfaction. Tidied up after himself too.
Speedy and knowledgable tradesman. Would certainly recommend.

When the washing machine arrived, the supplier attempted to plumb it in but was unsuccessful due to both the corrosion on the cold water tap (which had seized up) and a problem with the hot water tap.
I contacted Paul and he was very quick to respond. He replaced the tap and sorted everything in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.
I was delighted with the service he provided and will certainly use him again in the future.
