So happy with the service I have received today. Prompt response to call, call back shortly after stating he was 15 minutes away and could he pop in to have a look at problem. Arrived and fixed there and then! Good value for money, very pleasant, friendly tradesman.

I have kept his number for future work and will be recommending to my friends.

Paul was the fourth plumber we had round to find the cause of sink water not dispersing. The other plumbers, including DynoRod all gave different explanations from having the wrong sink trap to needing the sink, sink cabinet and granite tiled flooring ripped out!

Paul not only replaced all connections but also increased the fall, and used his vacuum to suck out years of gunge. A first class job from a plumber who actiually thought about the problem and rectified it within an hour!

John Lewis delivery men were unable to complete installation of the new machine as they discovered a problem with valves that required specialist plumbing attention. Paul was able to respond very quickly to my call and had the new machine up and running in a short period of time. Excellent service at a reasonable cost.

Happy to recommend and would definitely use Paul again for any plumbing issues.

I called Paul on Saturday morning to enquire about whether he could help with a toilet constantly filing, he came immediately (after I said I could not do Monday) he quickly identified fault, went to get part, returned and fixed loo.  Fabulous service with a smile.
