Reviews of Oundle Van Man

The work was carried out over two days. On the first day, our hot tub and all garden furniture etc., was transported to our new property. Day two consisted of packing up the contents of our home, including bubble-wrapping the majority of it and then a full removal to Collingtree.

In the past I have used the big nationwide removal firms, but never again! The service provided by Tom was absolutely outstanding. I have never had customer service and a job so well done like this before, AND he was 30% cheaper than the other quotes I got.

Nothing was too much trouble, and his professionalism and 'can do' attitude made the whole process stress-free for us. An example of this is when we looked at the hot-tub and I said to him 'I have no idea how you are going to move this' to which he said 'it's not a problem'. I closed my eyes and when I opened them again they had it all disconnected and moved. Tom and his two lads were sensational in every way. 

Punctual, polite, branded workwear, fantastic communication - kept me fully informed via text throughout; I just cannot praise them highly enough.

This company is really really good and I certainly wouldn't use anyone else in the future.

This was not an easy or a straightforward job, but Tom really did go the extra mile and nothing was too small. His whole attitude was excellent; very comforting and caring and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

There were two major moves, there and back between Oundle and Norwich. Any issue that arose, he just got on and dealt with it and was always willing to do extra bits. Very professional, courteous, positive with an upbeat demeanour. Totally customer orientated. 

I have dealt with a lot of people in my time, but Tom’s attitude and service was really impressive and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others and will use him again.

I live in Brigstock and I was responsible for the co-ordination of moving furniture from a house in Elton to be taken to Stamford, Peterborough, Cambridge and some to me at Brigstock.

I like to give praise where it is due and therefore must say how incredible Tom was throughout the process. He kept me updated at all times, took extreme care with all the items involved and everywhere was left ‘spick and span’.

We had agreed on an hourly rate, and he would let me know when he arrived at a location and the job was finished at that end; he then invoiced accordingly. Very transparent and amenable.

Tom is a very professional young gentleman, very helpful, gave excellent advice and is keen to ensure customer satisfaction. 

I will certainly use his services again.

I had quite a large number of items that had gathered in our garden which needed to be cleared and taken away. Having arranged for Oundle Van Man to carry out this work, the entire experience was seamless.

Excellent communication and kept me fully informed. Called to let me know when he was on the way, arrived on time and got straight to work. Once complete, he then asked me to check to ensure that I was happy, which I was. Everything was gone, with no mess left, and all for a very reasonable price.

From the outset I found Tom to be very professional and polite and I could not fault the service I received.
