My neighbour, who is also my best friend, and I reside on a historic street in Stamford, established in 1655, where parking is non-existent and there is no rear access. From the outset, this made the task challenging for Dave and Shauna, but they handled it remarkably well and with good humour and were determined to find a work-round. They parked around the corner, brought their ladders and equipment, and then had to take the time to find a parking spot without any complaint.

Last month, they undertook a thorough cleaning of all my windows, both inside and out, including the conservatory and my garden office, which involved tackling high apex windows and extensive glass surfaces. They were considerate and respectful, removing their shoes when entering my home, washing their coffee cups when finished and leaving the house immaculate, including all the inside window sills.

Just yesterday, they returned for their regular outdoor cleaning, accommodating my request to start earlier than planned as my neighbour and I had plans to go out. Upon our return, we were both thrilled to see our windows sparkling clean and remarked how incredible Nene Window Cleaning are.
