I contacted Nene Valley UPVC Repairs and got a prompt call back.  Jon came over the same day.  It was a fiddly repair due to poor installation but he persevered and now the door is operational again.  An excellent job and he charged a very reasonable price.  I would wholeheartedly recommend Jon and Nene Valley UPVC Repairs for a professional and speedy service.

The problem was quickly identified as adjustment required on top hinge. Unfortunatley, hinge was worn and a new hinge had to be ordered. Jon (Andrew's father), said he would source a new hinge to match and let me know when he had got it.

A week later Jon returned to fix the new hinge and adjust the door. Excellent job, door opening and closing like new. Jon is a really nice guy, who knows his stuff, works cleanly and efficiently.

I offered to pay Jon for the work carried out on his first visit, but he declined my offer saying that I should only pay when the job was completed and I was happy with the repair.

Would definitely recommend for Nene Valley uPVC repairs.

Great service from Jon, Craig and Leo.  They were all professional and friendly.  There was no pressure to choose them.  Jon came out initially to provide the quote and Craig and Leo completed the work.  Good communication throughout and we were pleased with the new windows and door repairs.  

We will happily recommend Jon and co to others.

The service Jon provided was very good. He arrived when he said he would, had a friendly manner and carried out the work swiftly and efficiently. He even made a reduction in the charge as it was a bit less work than anticipated!

Andrew is a nice friendly bloke who came out straight away. Replaced hinge, cost very reasonable considering the time taken to fix.

John was super efficient and he really does know his stuff. He explained the problem through and showed me what was causing it. He is tidy throughout the job and cleared up after too, testing it all worked before handing back my key. 

I've used Nene Valley for 3 jobs now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
