Very helpful and friendly.

Believe me, this was a mega problem but Sir Lancelot, AKA Jon, came to my rescue!

An old style tradesman, who despite the challenge genuinely went the extra mile to solve/repair my faulty door. It really was a pleasure to see him work, he was professional and thorough. Exceptional value for money and absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

Despite being very busy, my call for help was noted and Andrew kindly cut into his day to attend.  Despite several attempts to unsuccessfully open the window, Andrew was (annoyingly) quickly able to and did not charge for the service! Will definitely use again.

Submitted the request for a repair on 18th May and very quickly received a phone call from Jon who advised that as they were currently extremely busy would not be able to get to our repair until the next week. The job was not urgent so happy with that. I then received a phone call from Jon on the afternoon of 20th May to say he had just finished a job and could come straight to us. He soon arrived and the repair to the window took minutes as it was only a spindle which had become loosened from the handle of the window.

Fantastic service. Jon also looked at a shower room window which we will be replacing in the future and gave us an idea of cost involved and suggested types of openings for this.

Without hesitation we will definitely use Nene Valley Repairs again when needed.

My self build is almost 20 years old and we had never had the windows or doors serviced

Andrew came and inspected told me what they all needed and quoted, he returned the following week and systematically went around doing the job as agreed 

All my tilt and turn windows and doors are now smooth action and a pleasure to open and close! 

Andrew is very experienced at what he does and a lovely guy too!

When I called back to get someone out, Jon was here in 20 minutes. Replaced the gearbox and a new lock and now the door is perfect to use. Seemed to be a troublesome door to get fixed but Jon was brilliant and knew what he was doing. We are very pleased with the work done!
