A pleasure to do business with. There was excellent and helpful communication throughout, from my initial enquiry through to the job being completed.

Andy and his team arrived punctually and carried out the work cleanly and very efficiently.  I was really pleased with the results...my aged apple tree has never looked this good!!

Andy and his team provided an extremely professional, friendly and efficient service. The trees were taken down very quickly and all of the branches cleared away completely.  Lucy also kept us informed of what was happening at every stage. The tree had been neglected for some time and had a nasty split appearing at the join of one of the major branches.  They came out to assess the work needed, explained the work involved and answered all of our questions.

Having safely removed the damaged section of the tree, they pruned the tree sympathetically leaving it looking in great shape and tamed.  We can’t wait to see what it looks like next year when the leaves return. Great job, well done, such a professional team all round.

From start to finish they were outstanding, easy to communicate with, arrived on time, trees removed and the most impressive part was they left the garden absolutely spotless. I have not been more impressed by Andy's freakish ability to climb these giant trees and remove branch after branch, an outstanding tradesman. Lucy in the office is awesome too, organised everything for us including invoicing and payments. absolutely first class.

Would recommend the team to anyone interested in tree work. Brilliant.

Due to no fault of Nene Valley this proved to be a much more complicated job than expected but they dealt with it perfectly professionally and kept me informed at all times.
