Reviews of Nene Valley Tree Services

We called Nene Valley Tree Services and left a message at 4.15pm on a Saturday after noticing that a mature tree in our garden had started to lean after recent high winds.

We weren't expecting to hear back that day, but Andy called later that evening and arranged to visit on Sunday to assess the situation. When he visited it was agreed that the tree needed to be felled soon, and the team were back at 8.30am on the Monday. The job was done incredibly quickly and tidily, with the wood stacked for us to split later (at our request).

Andy and his team, and Lucy in the office, were all courteous and professional throughout. We received email confirmations of the booking and the quotation, and Andy also provided advice on tree management which was very welcome.

We are very pleased with the standard of the work carried out.

We will definitely be using them again, and will recommend them to family and friends (in fact we already have). Thank you!

The work was completed professionally and with due consideration for neighbours and passing traffic. All the garden waste (foliage, twigs, sawdust etc) was removed each day. The job was done by a hard-working team, led by Andy Stone (the boss) to my complete satisfaction and at a very reasonable price.

A pleasure to do business with. There was excellent and helpful communication throughout, from my initial enquiry through to the job being completed.

Andy and his team arrived punctually and carried out the work cleanly and very efficiently.  I was really pleased with the results...my aged apple tree has never looked this good!!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future tree services that I need.

Excellent . The tree looks neat and the clearing up was very thorough.

Andy and his team provided an extremely professional, friendly and efficient service. The trees were taken down very quickly and all of the branches cleared away completely.  Lucy also kept us informed of what was happening at every stage. We have already recommended Nene Valley to our friends and would definitely use them again.

Andy and team do a great job, excellent service at a reasonable price.

The tree had been neglected for some time and had a nasty split appearing at the join of one of the major branches.  They came out to assess the work needed, explained the work involved and answered all of our questions.

Having safely removed the damaged section of the tree, they pruned the tree sympathetically leaving it looking in great shape and tamed.  We can’t wait to see what it looks like next year when the leaves return. Great job, well done, such a professional team all round.

We would highly recommend Nene Valley Tree Services.

From start to finish they were outstanding, easy to communicate with, arrived on time, trees removed and the most impressive part was they left the garden absolutely spotless. I have not been more impressed by Andy's freakish ability to climb these giant trees and remove branch after branch, an outstanding tradesman. Lucy in the office is awesome too, organised everything for us including invoicing and payments. absolutely first class.

Would recommend the team to anyone interested in tree work. Brilliant.

Excellent job done in all weathers. Very pleasant people dedicated to doing a great job. Already booked for next year!

Excellent service. Very reliable and did a great job hedge cutting. Lucy was great at keeping us updated with everything. Would thoroughly recommend.
