I am more than happy with what Neal's Building Services have done for us!

They were fantastic at every stage of the building work, from the initial quotation stage at the beginning and making clear what needed to be done and at what cost, through to making sure I was happy with everything before they left at the end.

Andy let me know what was going on at regular intervals and what the plan was next, as well as asking for my input on where I wanted things and what suited me best etc.

They were always on time, friendly and everything was always left clean and tidy at the end of the day.

I would definitely highly recommend Neal's Building Services and they will be my first call for future work.

Andy and his team were always on time and very polite. The work done is of such a high standard! The weather over the last few days has put their work to the test and we are pleased to say NO MORE FLOODING!! We would 100% recommend Andy Neal!

This is the second time we've used this company and were again really impressed with Neal's Building Services and their safe, considerate and friendly approach.  Some of the repair work we needed doing was urgent and NBS responded quickly to carry out the repairs.

Mr Neal arrived at the agreed time to measure and made notes of my requirments. The quotation arrived by email soon after, which I accepted. The lead time given was two weeks. They arrived dead on time, completing the work in the estimated two days. Througout the work, they swept up, piled the rubbish neatly and took it away at the end of the job. The quality of the products used was first class, solid oak post and good quality guttering and water butt (I was concerned that a flimsy one might be used).

I am very pleased with the work carried out. A guest who was staying whilst the work was being done said "that's the difference when you use a professional builder".

Thoroughly recommend Neals building services to anyone looking to have building work completed.  A great team, who were always punctual, polite and very tidy. We were always kept briefed on how the work was going, their workmanship was excellent. We are very very happy with our end result and would happily recommend this company to others.

They are very considerate and thoughtful, making any disruption during the work as minimal as possible. We made an enquiry on the strength of the feedback this contractor had received on this site. Excellent service throughout the construction of the extension which was completed on time and within budget. Punctuality was excellent. At the end of each day we were told what time to expect who and when the following day, all works were tidied/cleaned up daily and we were kept up to speed with material deliveries and contacted by phone on any delays. The quality of work was top class and any additional works were agreed before hand and carried out usually on the same day.

Choices were offered on different aspects of the work either to vary appearance, types of materials/construction or to save on cost which was very much appreciated when we were working to a finite financial budget.

We would highly recommend this contractor.

As an ex-construction site manager with over 30 years experience, I had high expectations from Neal's Building Services and I was not disappointed; they were absolutely excellent from start to finish.

All the work was completed on time (end of May) and within budget - this was quite impressive as we had the worse rainfall during the month of May.

Andy is very very professional. I have to compliment him on his attitude and his exceptional consideration towards all my neighbours. If there could be problems with the parking or, if he was going to create a mess with something that might impact on them, then he would let them know. They all commented on how polite and nice he was and that included all his workforce.

I was also very impressed with the high standards of health and safety that they demonstrated on a daily basis. They wore the right equipment, necessary for certain jobs, and each evening the site was left clean, safe and tidy.

I was working at home during the project and Andy never pestered me and he was happy for me to wander round during the day to have a look at the progress. We built up a very good relationship and if I saw something that I thought should be changed (as we were working from several drawings), Andy and I would discuss, agree and then he would make the adjustments. I was very happy with the way this worked.

In my previous life of a construction-site manager, having a team of tradesmen to work with, like Neal's Building Services, would have made my life a heck of a lot easier. Their standards are very high, excellent quality of work and all at a very competitive cost.

I cannot fault Neal's Building Services and would recommend them without hesitation. This company is an excellent candidate for Safe Local Trades.
