Andy Neal is organised and approachable, he always makes himself available to share information or for questions. He has an excellent and experienced team who were all friendly and polite, we were impressed by how tidy they left everything. They were always early to work and if they had to go somewhere else, would always explain when they would return.

Completely trustworthy. Highly recommended. 

I am extremely happy with the work carried out at my property. Andy and his team did an excellent job taking down my very large garage to allow more space in my garden.

Many of my neighbours have also commented on how hard and especially how tidy they worked.

We could not recommend Neal's Building Services highly enough! They turned up on time every day, nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up after each trade had completed their part and fantastic work was carried out by all.

The quality of the finished job is amazing.

I very rarely do this but I wanted to provide an update about the work Andy and his team completed on my garage conversion.

It has now been a year and as to date, we have not had one issue with the work completed. Not even a crack in the plaster from settling!!!.

The build was cool in the summer and warm in the winter as I was told it would be.

Everything works and I could not be happier.

As per the last post, I am happy to show people the work that was completed. 

Very professional and reliable service. Andy kept informed on all the progress and what was next. 

From start to finish it felt like everything was being done under control and to the agreed schedule. Very nice outcome. 

Andy and his team were great, and I'd thoroughly recommend them to anybody looking to have building work done in the Peterborough area.

They were always very punctual, arriving early in the morning to get started on the days work.

We really appreciated how communicative Andy was, in person, over the phone, or via email and text message. He'd explain what they were looking to achieve that day, and the plan for the next day also, and always kept us up to date with progress.

The team were very knowledgeable and friendly and we felt very comfortable leaving them in the house while we were out. Andy even had a key so that he could come and go as needed without having to ask us every time.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work they did. The extension looks great, and seamlessly integrates with the rest of the house. Andy spent time ensuring that the colour of the bricks and roof tiles matched the rest of the house which is brilliant. He involved us at every step of the build and asked for, and accepted, our input when it was needed.

Although Andy's team weren't involved with fitting the new kitchen (post extension), they ensured they knew what was going on, so that they could prepare their work for it, and solve any problems that might have arisen. For example, they added extra supports into the ceiling for where the extractor fan would be mounted.

Andy project managed the whole build for us, and took control of arranging building control, plasterers, electricians and plumbers, which worked really well for us. As mentioned earlier, Andy was great at communicating what was happening, and introduced us to the different tradespeople he brought in.

The team were very tidy, and would tidy/clean up after themselves at the end of every day, which we really appreciated.

Andy and his team were great, from start to finish. Towards the end of the work they double checked everything and fixed any snags they found (that even my wife and I hadn't yet!)

I'd thoroughly recommend Andy and his team to anyone looking to have building work done in the area. I have no concerns that their work will be of top quality, and I'll definitely be using him and his team (and contacting him for details of his tradespeople) for any future building work.

Once again an excellent job. Bathroom left clean and tidy. Can't fault them at all.  Highly recommend.

Andy and his team were brilliant throughout; he managed every aspect of our project like a military operation; kept us informed at all times and sought our advice when decisions were required. They worked tirelessly everyday; took great pride in everything they did and have produced a fantastic addition to our home...thank you very much...!!!
