When I moved into this 1970's house, I had so many problems with the existing heating system, particularly with leaks and some of the radiators not working. 

As this was my first home that I have owned, I was very nervous about who to use and who would do a good job. I was delighted to find Joe who came highly recommended, and I couldn't have asked for a better plumber.

Once Joe had assessed the entire system, it was discovered that the 'skinny' existing 70's pipework was full of blockages and the very old boiler could do with replacing. Once the new boiler was installed, it was then a case of getting all the radiators working, bit by bit. Joe got the entire central heating system working again and I am absolutely thrilled with the results.

I cannot fault Joe on any aspect of the work or service he provided. He is very friendly, easy to talk to, very professional and knowledgeable and was very respectful of my property (ensuring all carpets were covered etc). 

I was also grateful for how mindful he was with my house cat who he worked around, and ensured the front door wasn't left open.

His communication and time-keeping throughout the project was excellent; he would always call or send a text, keeping me informed at all stages. Any paperwork would be sent through the next day as promised.

Joe is very accommodating and dependable. An example of this is that one day I knocked one of the radiator valves with my office chair and water was spilling out. I have an emergency plumbing contract with British Gas but when I called them, they couldn't come out quickly! I called Joe and although he was extremely busy, he managed to get to me and sort the problem which was such a huge relief.

I would definitely recommend Joe 100%.

As the manager of a large construction company, I had access to numerous people that I could have asked to do this job, however, I was determined to do my research and ended up with getting seven quotes! Not only was Joe the cheapest, but I took to him straight away as he was extremely informative, had a very pleasant manner and he gave me the confidence I needed to know that the work would be done properly.

The job consisted of the removal of an old boiler, plus the removal of tanks in both the loft and airing cupboard. A new boiler was then installed.

The job was carried out to absolute perfection, and I could not have been happier with my choice of Joe. He is very polite and does everything with a smile on his face, a real affable bloke.

I now recommend him to everyone, and I will not be using anyone but him for any future work.

Joe is an excellent plumber and really knows his trade. He was always punctual, extremely tidy (when work complete I wouldn't have known he had been!), reasonably priced and provided a very high standard of work.

Professional, courteous and always had time for a little chat while he was doing the job - it was like having a friend come to the house.

I would recommend him to anyone without any hestitation.
