For all our plumbing needs, Jamie has become our go-to professional. He has undertaken a complete renovation of our ensuite, followed by a bathroom refurbishment, downstairs cloakroom, and various other plumbing works.

He is not only incredibly pleasant and courteous but also exceptionally helpful. During our discussions about the project, he consistently offers valuable advice and suggestions, and he is honest enough to inform us when something isn't necessary. For instance, while working on our downstairs cloakroom, his insights regarding the fittings for the small space were invaluable.

Jamie's communication is excellent; he is also honest, professional, and trustworthy, making it a pleasure to have him in our home. I genuinely cannot find any faults with his work. His craftsmanship is the highest quality, and he always maintains a tidy workspace, leaving everything spotless at the end of each day.

We initially hired Jamie to design a luxurious shower room that showcased Porcelanosa tiles, bespoke bathroom furniture, and walk-in shower controls, all designed to a very high specification.

We were so impressed that we invited him back to renovate our bathroom, this time incorporating both a bath and shower with the identical furniture. Jamie took charge of organising all the plastering and electrical work, which we greatly appreciated. 

I want to emphasise that I rarely recommend individuals, but in Jamie's case, I have no hesitation in doing so; his craftsmanship is truly impeccable. The fact that we chose to work with him again speaks volumes about the quality of his work. He is not only highly professional and approachable, but he also goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. He consistently delivered on his promises, arriving punctually on the scheduled Monday and completing the project on time. 

The entire process was seamless, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Even during the planning stages, Jamie offered valuable suggestions that enhanced the overall quality of the project.
