They initially surveyed the tree, suggested options and agreed work to be done. Work subsequently carried out swiftly and efficiently.  The site was left tidy.

We are delighted with their work and would not hesitate to ask for their help again.

Cannot fault Jim and his team for anything other than the job taking slightly longer than originally expected, through no fault of Jim though and in any event, it wasn't a problem for me. I was highly impressed with the way they went about the job and nothing was too much trouble. Jim even lopped off the top of another," non-quoted for" tree that had flopped over the fence towards the adjoining public footpath.

I would highly recommend Jim and have already asked him to quote for further work later in the year. Great job all round.

Excellent work. The garden looks fantastic & my Mum is very happy. John was very patient with my elderly Mum as she changed her mind a few times on elements in the garden....!

We have used JJ Tree Serviices several times now (says something in itself) and are always very pleased with the work they do. Arrived on time, completed the work very swiftly including a very comprehensive clear-up and charged what we considered a very reasonable price for the job.

I am extremely impressed with the professional job that Jim and John carried out. They were professional, polite and also very tidy workers, cleaning everything up afterwards.

Jim & John arrived exactly as expected and set about the task. Work was completed in under 2 hours, including a very comprehensive clear-up. The tree now looks so much better and has been nicely shaped as well as trimmed. The light in our lounge (and hopefully our neighbours' kitchen) is much improved. The cost of the work was very reasonable. I will certainly have them back for future work and thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing similar work done.

I enquired about having some work done in my garden. Jim attended the site and spent time looking at all the options on my wish list; he was polite and professional, gave some great advice and suggestions on how to proceed.

The quote was emailed over the next day and a date was agreed to start the job. On the day in question the heavens had opened and it was set to continue to rain heavily all day so although both John and Jim attended site, we all agreed to reschedule to the following week.

Next week, as agreed, the work started, it consisted of

• Side garden neighbours trees being cut back to border (neighbour had been advised)
• Removal of all shrubs down one side of garden wall then bringing in a large, heavy machine to ground out the roots
• Re lay a large area of block paving that had become uneven over many years
• Replace side gated access post that had become broken at the base

The work was carried out over a two day period and both Jim and John worked extremely hard, did exactly what had been agreed on the quote and cleared up and left the area very tidy.
