My husband initially did the research to find a suitable contractor in Peterborough who could install an Air Source Heat Pump for us. We had several firms visit our property and have a look round and discuss their thoughts; some saw the job as 'impossible'. However, from the outset of meeting Josh, he was by far the most professional and we were extremely impressed with his manner, professionalism and how he outlined his vision for the project; he then provided a cost-effective quotation which we accepted. 

As part of the installation, he replaced or reconnected all the radiators to the system. As our property is a Grade II Listed Building, he took great care in the execution with his work. We were so delighted with the results of this first job, that we had him back to carry out two further jobs in our home. 

The next was a complete refit of our bathroom, followed by a refit of our downstairs cloakroom. Josh designed and planned these for us, and we were once again over the moon with the results. During every step of each project, he would discuss various options with us. We always felt like we were being consulted throughout and greatly appreciated this. 

Josh is everything you could want in an installer; friendly, highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, polite, contactable, creative, fairly priced and highly skilled. Moving forward; any work that we're considering having done on the house, Josh is our man. He is a gem, and we are thrilled to have found him. 

We would absolutely recommend him in a heartbeat.
