Basically, had a visit from this company regarding work that i needed doing, said he would email me that evening with a quote, didn't recieve one, gave it a couple of days before texting him with a reminder and if it was still possible to send me a quote. Still no reply. Disappointed to say the least.

Josh responded in a very timely manner, he was absolutely brilliant. Carried out a lovely job and was very reassuring.

Very happy and would definitely use again and recommend.

Josh first gave us three quotes to chose from. We chose the medium range because of the extended warrenty and smaller boiler size. They arrived on time and immediatly got to work . The unit and taps supplied are very nice and of a good quality, as was the workmanship. All rubbish was removed and kitchen left tidy.

Josh and his colleague (sorry forgotten his name) were very pleasant and easy to get along with. We are very pleased with the work that they did for us and would definitely use them again.

Having just moved into our new home, we couldn't get the boiler or hive system to work. In addition, the external pipes were old and brittle and one of my children had knocked into the waste pipe and broken it.

Josh was very quick to respond to my enquiry. A really lovely professional guy who explained everthing about what needed to be done, provided options, and then gave a very reasonable quote which I accepted.

All the work was carried out to a very high standard and the areas were left spotless.

I was so impressed with Josh that I will be booking him in shortly for a bathroom refit.

Josh manages and maintains our entire portfolio of properties (approximately 30) dealing with all plumbing related work, including boilers and also bathroom refurbishments.

There is nothing about Josh that we could find fault with; he is reliable, professional, dependable, responsive and is an overall really nice genuine guy.
