Chris came to assess the work and as it was a small job, he offered to do it there and then! We also had a problem with our ceiling and he recommended a fellow Safe Local Trades member, who he then rang on our behalf. He was very helpful and friendly and I would definitely use him again - great service.

There had been a leak under the bath which had totally rotted the wood, making it unsafe. Chris recognised that the work needed to be done as quickly as possible and therefore rescheduled other work to fit this in. Chris is absolutely a great tradesman and I would highly recommend him. Mr Rutter has previously done some work for me; this time, as before, he was on time and carried out the work to a high standard at a reasonable price.

I cannot speak highly enough of Chris, he is so friendly and patient - I kept changing my mind during the project and he kept saying "whatever you want me to do, I will do it". He even went to the tile shop and brought back samples for me to choose, so that I didn't need to go. He really did go over and above the call of duty.
He was exceptionally hardworking throughout - he worked each day from 8am to 5pm (and beyond 5pm on some evenings) without a break and when he left at the end of each day, he ensured that the area was clean and tidy. His workmanship is first class and I said to him "if you can please me then you can please anyone!"
Chris is an absolute credit to Safe Local Trades, he is a lovely person, kind, helpful and caring. I felt with all the Safe Local Trades members that they are not just workman who come in to do a job, I feel that they all really cared about how I feel and they all took great pride in their work.
Thank you again Safe Local Trades for providing me with yet another fantastic tradesman and I would absolutely, without any hesitation, recommend Chris to anyone.
