Very meticulous in his work. Top man.

Derren has made a first class job of scraping the artex and skimming the ceiling with plaster in the living room and difficult area of the hall, stairs and landing. He is patient, organised, tidy and obviously takes great pride in his work.

He responded to our initial enquiries and quoted promptly with a very fair price.

He is a calm, courteous, reliable man whom we trusted implicitly when 'off shopping'  We have another six rooms to 'de-artex' and have already asked him to return!

The walls in the bedrooms were in a terrible state, with cracked plaster that you could just pick off. I finally got round to getting it sorted and spoke to Eileen at Safe Local Trades - she recommended Derren.

I cannot express enough how impressed I was with Derren. Such a lovely, courteous and hard-working man. He was up and down the stairs, bringing two large heavy buckets of plaster mix. 

He did an absolutely marvellous job with both the plastering and the new coving. He also gave me great advice on what to do when painting these walls, which I was very grateful for.

Derren's standared of workmanship is excellent. He is a very pleasant and happy person to have around the home. The plastering job he undertook was difficult and required an experienced plasterer. The walls were in a terrible state and Derren was very thorough in repairing the damage before replastering. He is a very tidy workman and always clears up after himself. He was very punctual and on time for the job.  He was also very flexible in rearranging appointments when my mum was very poorly.  He works to a very high standard of work and takes pride in completing the job sucessfully. He always checked with me that I was happy with the standard of work he had finished.

Derren is an excellent plasterer and his work is of the highest standard. He has just skimmed all the walls in our large lounge and it looks amazing. Derren is punctual, polite and always cleans up any mess. He was respectful of our home and nothing was too much trouble for him. No complaints, worked to schedule, taped over all joints and screws, and tidied up.

Afterwards, the paint held well, no shiny patches or plaster coming off on the roller.  

Work completed at a competitive rate. 

Derren replied to my message the same day and came to quote as promised. Spent time explaining what would be done and the time frame of 3 days. Written estimate a couple of days later popped through the letterbox.

Arrived promptly and cleaned up daily. Very pleased with finished room, completed in a week of record heat temperatures. Attention to detail was good and he passed on good advice for decorating. Would be very confident in putting my name to a recommendation for his work. Thank you Derren.
