We have been using Dave Elms for a number of years because of his all-round capabilities. He is hard-working, knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to ensure the end product meets with our approval.

His wealth of experience means he will always find a solution to our requests, and respects our house with his tidy approach to his work.

I would strongly recommend Dave Elms to anyone requiring property maintenance assistance.

The work is excellent. They were thoughtful and considered about how to make the best of an existing unit. There was a complication which they just got on and resolved. They also went out of their way to souce materials that were not to hand, in order to get the job done. Very pleasant and polite, and professional. Highly recommend.

Dave did an excellent job, he started on schedule and the kitchen was completely installed and flooring laid by the second weekend, the decorating was then finished after a two week gap due to holiday. Very pleased with the work carried out to a very high standard. He always cleaned up at the end of each day too!

Will definitely be using Dave again.

All work was carried out in a professional manner with special attention to detail. Suggestions made by Mr Elms have led to a more useful layout for our kitchen.

Dave has been working on our property for 5 years and has crried out extensive and varied work so, as you can imagine, if he wasn't very good we certainly wouldn't still be using him!

He is a very good all rounder and his standard of work and decorating is done to a high standard so it lasts. 

Over the years I've kept my hand in at gaining other quotes just to see if Dave is still competitive and he is; it's not always about price though, it's about trust. I can whole-heartedly say Dave is such a good bloke to have in your home, he is very trustworthy and I have recommended him many times over the years to family, friends and neighbours.

Dave is a super guy, he is a good laugh and always ensures you are completely happy with his work.

He has high standards of his workmanship and nothing is too much trouble. He happily gives his opinion of how he feels your home improvements should be, and he is really knowledgable about so many different trades. I always feel completely confident in using him, and he is always tidying up after himself, infact I would joke that he gets the hoover out more than I do! 

He is just brilliant, if anyone needs anything doing, Dave's your man!

Dave was so good with the advice he gave about what would be the best use of the space in the bathroom. He was very thorough and helped me choose a shower door as I have an issue with being around metal due to a back problem; Dave was very understanding of this and also advised on a non slip shower tray.

There were issues when the old tiles were taken away as the wall started to crumble, so the wall had to be plastered over again; Dave didn't make any fuss of this, he just did what was required.

We had another quote so we knew the price Dave charged was competitive. He was very punctual and tidy and we were so happy with him that we have booked him for more work; that reflects how pleased a customer is!

We found Dave via his website and had two other companies quoting, with Dave being the 3rd. The other two were much higher in costs and we knew they would have ripped us off if we hadn't seen Dave's quote.

We wanted our garage to be converted with a stud wall, it then had to be plastered and new electrics put in. Dave gave a full quotation of what was going to be done, and explained in depth how it was to be done. He fitted in with our timescale for when we were ready as we had to book time off to decorate. The work surpassed our level of expecations of how good the garage would look, we are absolutely delighted.

Dave wasn't pushy in any way in securing the work. He then went on to quote for a new loft hatch of which we went ahead with.

He made sure that all the waste was taken away, and each day all the areas were left very tidy. He is really reliable and turned up exactly when he said he would, he even gave me and my wife advice on how to hang wallpaper as we were getting in a bit of a pickle with it and his advice really helped us decorate our home. He is just a great guy, good to have around and nice in his manner.

Would definitely use him again and recommend him no problem at all.
