Sara has the amazing skills of translating jargon into simple language. I'd been having so many issues with my emails bouncing since the changes with Google, and Sara has just sorted a 3 month issue that I'd attempted to sorted out, but it was obviously way beyond my skill set!! Ahhh what a relief it is! THANK YOU SARA!!!!!

What I really like and value about Sara is how she puts her world into a language I understand. She has a real niche at helping people who aren't technology confident. She is also really helpful e.g., she sign-posts me to various online hubs where I can get free relevant information.

Sara is a really genuine and down to earth person. Easy to deal with, unflappable and is excellent at juggling the many different characters of her customers and timescales.

She always keeps up to date with a very fast-moving market and adapts quickly. She mentioned recently that she is working on some new app software for her customers.

Sara's is my 'go to' person for my website and all the marketing side of my business and she does an excellent job.

This has been a learning curve for both of us, as I am not very technical. From the outset, Sara was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. She is one of the most patient people I know and, due to my lack of tech, she never made me feel in anyway inadequate and everything discussed was in laymen terms.
