Steve is friendly, thoroughly professional and conscientious and he did a great job. I cannot rate him highly enough and would give him 11/10 if I could. Highly recommendable.

Steve refitted our bathroom and our en-suite.

We were very impressed with Steve from his first visit, when he arrived when he said he would, and had lots of good ideas for the work. His quote arrived promptly and was competitive. Steve gave us an idea of when he would be able to start and kept us informed. He was also able to recommend suppliers and his estimate of the time that the work would take was realistic.
Steve was very friendly, trustworthy and extremely hardworking. He arrived when he said he would each day and worked non-stop. He was very tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. The work is of an excellent standard and we love our new bathrooms! We would definitely recommend Steve and will be using him again.

Re-do bathroom that had been messed up by other tradesmen.

We were very impressed with Steve, very reliable and trustworthy and he always cleaned up (sheets on all floors).
The work was done to a very high standard and if Im being honest, its the best Ive ever seen. He also offers different ideas and solutions. I would always recommend.

Summary:
Refit of ensuite and part refit of family bathroom.
Comments:
The refit of the ensuite involved reconfiguring the shape of the room, re-tiling, new lighting, replacing all fitments, and installation of a new shower.
In the bathroom the toilet, handbasin and lighting were replaced. In all these changes, Steve did a superb job, was neat and tidy and on time, and the work done was to an excellent finish.
We would not hesitate to use Steve again, or to recommend him to anyone needing this sort of work done.

We are over the moon with our bathroom.
Steve arrived on time every day and worked hard constantly, only stopping for a short lunch break around midday.
He was always very polite and friendly, cleaned up at the end of each day and the workmanship is excellent.
We have been left with a beautiful new bathroom of high quality work that has turned out even better than we expected.

Refurbishment of ensuite.
Comments:
Great service from initial consultation, providing good ideas, to quality of workmanship. Provided complete service apart from flooring. Hard working, prompt, polite and very considerate. Would not hesitate to recommended or use again.

I found Steve on Safe Local Trades back in 2009 and I have been using him since. He has now completed several jobs for me over the years and I seriously cannot fault him. If he says he will be here at 8am, he is here bang on 8. He always cleans up and never leaves a mess. In fact when I had to clear all the clothes out of my airing cupboard, so that the pump could be installed, he put everything back in a folded neat and tidy manner, to my surprise!
He is extremely trustworthy and I am always happy to leave a key with him when I am out. Friendly, professional and honest - I cannot fault him.
He is always my first port of call when I require any work to be carried out.
