Steve always gave us options and asked us which way we wanted things done, came up with helpful suggestions and paid meticulous attention to detail.  His work is of a very high standard and he works hard to give you what you want. Always on time, and always left things tidy at the end of the day. Steve is a really nice, easygoing guy, we felt very comfortable leaving him to get on with things if we needed to go out. We were so thrilled with the finished result - it looks very high end - that we asked him back to re-tile our large conservatory. We also intend to use him to do our kitchen renovation!  Highly recommend him and wouldn't think to use anyone else now.  Very happy we found him!

We were relieved when we found a competent and trusted man to rectify our faulty shower unit at our listed building (Grade 2).

We had been suffering for over 5 months, through a previous almost disastrous bodge job, and I was fortunate to locate Mr Steven Cranfield, of Cranfield Home Improvements, who, without fuss completed a full rectification to his written quotation, on time, price and workmanship, to our complete satisfaction.

Excellent workmanship. Very tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. Always on time. Would recommend to family and friends. Have also received quote from Steven for next future project.

Had a dishwasher delivered the week before, that Currys said they couldn't fit as there was no access to the connections behind the kitchen units. Was expecting a more expensive quote when Steve came round to take a look, said he could do it there and then for £50, nothing like another quote I got from this site for £200 cash. Steve removed the old dishwasher, fitted the new one, adjusted the kickboard and left the kitchen area clean and tidy.

Cannot praise his attitude and charging a low price for the time it took him to finish the job, we need more trades people like him.

Steve has carried out a wonderful job in our bathroom. Bath removed and replaced with a shower unit, new sanitary ware, flooring and tiling. Very, very pleased with the finished result.

Work was done to a high standard. Steve is great, he is proficient at carpentry, plumbing, tiling, floor laying and plastering. He is hard working and knowledgeable as well as being a pleasant man.
