Very impressed. Originally we called Craig out about a faulty boiler which we knew to be on its last legs. We also asked him to quote for a new boiler. He suggested we relocate the boiler which I hadn't previously considered and talked us through all the options.  The quote was very reasonable and the new boiler was fitted a couple of weeks later. 

The team arrived early and worked solidly through until it was all finished. Their Covid measures were excellent as was the quality of work. Both the kitchen (where the old boiler was removed) and the bathroom (where the new boiler was fitted) were left clean and tidy.  Craig talked us through the new controls and we are delighted with both the new boiler (and having reliable heating again) and the quality of their work. 

Would I recommend them or use again? Yes and have on both counts. Since the boiler fitting Craig has also fitted some thermostats to our radiators - again an excellent job.

Excellent work. Arrived early Monday and worked solidly until the work was finished. All trades people wore masks and at no time did we feel worried about their social distancing.

The bathroom looks fabulous. The plasterer, electrician, tiler and plumbers were polite, efficient and professsional. As someone who dreads workmen coming into my home I would recommend Craig and his team and I will certainly never use anyone else.

Arrived as promised at 8am, so very punctual. Started work immediatey removed my 40 year old boiler and installed a new combi boiler. Removed 2 old radiators and installed 2 new ones. Removed immersion tank from the airing cupboard, finally installed a new thermostat mixer shower in my bathroom. 

I was really suprised that all the work carried out, that it only took 1 day to complete, so a credit to their hard work.

Really nice and friendly guys and once they had completed the work they made sure they left it tidy. Craig explained how to operate the boiler and remote control, as after having a boiler over 40 years old it was like changing from black and white TV to a 4K TV.

Really pleased with the work completed and would definitely recommend to friends and family. An excellent job done.
