Summary:
As the owner of a Letting Agency, we have used Bob for carpentry and maintenance work on our properties for the past 7 years. This has included new kitchens, repairing floors, hanging new doors, installing new windows and a whole host of other maintenance work.
Comments:
We manage quite a lot of properties and we are really particular about the tradesmen we use. Bob has carried out work for us over the last 7 years and both I and members of staff have also used him for work in our own homes. No adverse comments have ever been received from any of our tenants in relation to Bob; when he goes to a property he is professional and courteous and just gets on with the job in hand. I have recommended Bob to people in the past and will continue to do so.

Summary:
New kitchen / utility, shower-room and various other work.
Comments:
I had a new kitchen and utility room installed and Bob did such a fantastic job that I had him back to do other work. He is extremely punctual - always turns up when he says he will. He is meticulous in his work and takes great pride - this shows as the quality of his work is always excellent. I have more jobs lined up for Bob and I know that I can completely trust him to deliver.

Remove decking to gain access to blocked drainpipe, and then remove drainpipe and unblock the drain away.
Comments:
Bob was a pleasure to deal with. He came out quickly, and at the time we had agreed. He worked quickly and without a break to get the job done. He left no mess, and was great value for money. I shall be using him again and have no problem recommending him to others.
