Ben very quickly figured out what the issue was with our boiler. He managed to find a way to fix it without the need for any replacement parts, which not only shows a great deal of resourcefulness, but also consideration for the customer to not incur any unnecessary expense.

Ben is polite, punctual, friendly and I trust him to tell me the truth and do a good job. All in all he is a decent guy and I would highly recommend him.

Ben was easy to contact, he popped round the day before to check on what was required. Completed the job neatly, efficiently and was extremely courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending him or in contacting him for future jobs. 

Ben arrived on time, assessed the job, obtained the new pump and it was fitted within two hours. He is a very pleasant young man and certainly knows his trade and we are already in contact with him again to do further work. Certainly will recommend him to friends.

Ben is quite simply the best plumber I have ever come across and I have used a fair few over the years! He is thorough, polite, respectful and keeps you informed and up to date with progress. He is reliable, punctual and gives honest quotes with no hidden extras. He gives excellent value for money and I have no hesitation in recommending him. 

Ben got back to us quickly and then came round to look at the work that needed doing. 

He then gave a quote for 2 options of toilets and then when we chose one, he came a couple of days later to remove the old toilet and install the new one. 

We are very pleased with the result and can't thank him enough for being polite, friendly, hard working and professional.

Ben was absolutely brilliant. He arrived within an hour of calling, rectified the leak, whilst also thinking ahead to prevent further problems. It is clear he takes a huge amount of pride and attention in his work, which was carried out in a really methodical way, and with minimal mess and disruption. It's fair to say we have just found ourselves a new plumber. Very impressed and have already recommended him to family!!

Ben was very knowledgeable and diagnoised the boiler fault before he even arrived at the property. After an initial visit he ordered the parts needed and made the repair in very good time. The boiler was also serviced and made sure everything is as it should be.
