Ben was absolutely brilliant in all aspects of the work that he carried out, I honestly could not have asked for more.

My boiler had broken down and firstly Ben advised me how to reset it, which did work for a short time. It soon became apparent that I required a new boiler and Ben kindly re-scheduled his work load to fit the boiler as soon as he could.

I had also pre booked another job with Ben - replacing radiator valves and he managed to fit this job in as well.

Ben worked hard all day and did not stop (even for a break) until the jobs were completed.

In regard to the new boiler, he fully explained the options available to me in an honest and genuine manner. 

Ben was exceptionally tidy. He is courteous, trustworthy and friendly.

I intend to book him again for other work that we discussed.

Ben was recommended to us and has just replaced a new hot water cylinder, our old one was 35 years old. Previous plumbers didn't want the work and we were so relieved Ben was willing and very able to undertake the work for us.

We also had a leak from our bath, which was showing up at the bottom of the stack pipe in our dining room. Ben gave this issue careful thought and managed to cut through our plaster board to reach the offending joint. It has been easier to repair the plasterboard than break into our fully tiled bathroom.

Ben undertook both jobs professionally with quality workmanship. He has been reliable, friendly and courteous and we would have no hesitation in recommending him.
