Dave did an amazing job, he was punctual and seemed to take pride in his work.

I contacted Dave this morning and he responded very quickly to my enquiry. He came and had a look and carried out a thorough investigation. The diagnosis was that it was being caused by the boiler - he doesn't do boilers but he put me on the right path and I know what I now have to do.

Dave is an extremely pleasant man and was very very helpful. He spent a lot of time with me and refused to charge me anything.

Dave responded promptly to my initial e-mail. He gave me a date on which the work could be completed but actually completed the job several days earlier than planned, which was great. He sorted out the issue with the sink and blocked pipework very efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. I was impressed by his professional approach. 

Dave did a great job and arranged all aspects of the work required. Good communication throughout, very clean and tidy - left the place spotless every evening - and really friendly. Definitely worth the money.
