I needed to sort one or two things out before Dave came and he answered each query quickly. Dave arrived on time and his work was excellent. 

It's nice to find someone who is both timely and good at what they do.

Dave Walsh responded promptly to my first contact then arrived soon after to sort out my bathroom shower.  Polite and efficient.

After sending an e-mail, Dave arrived the following day.  I was embarrassed that I hadn't tightened the connection from the unit, but Dave took it all with good humour and fixed the problem much to my relief.
